Point 13 reads:
“Hizbiyyah comes in many forms, including: FANATICISM to individuals, groups, a school of thought, race, colour, tribe, gender, country, ideology...” [end quote]
The keyword here is fanaticism!
Studying Fiqh through a particular madh-hab (school of thought) is okay as long as one does not become fanatic to their madh-hab. If they disregard the stronger opinion in any issue simply because it goes against their madh-hab, then this is the form of Hizbiyyah intended in the point above.
🔺Note: Those who blindfollow a particular madh-hab and have fanaticism towards their madh-hab are not true followers of their imam, because the imams of each of the 4 madh-habs have all warned from blindingly following their views.
