WHICH OF THE FAVOURS OF YOUR LORD WILL YOU DENY?

Sheikh 'Uthaymīn, may Allāh have mercy on him, said:
"Among the blessings of Allāh ﷻ upon us is these tapes, whereby a person listens to the voice of any scholar of his choice. He can hear his voice even if he is far away from him. In fact, (he can hear his voice) even if the scholar is dead, and as the saying goes:
الخط يبقى زمانا بعد كاتبه ٭٭٭
وكاتب الخط تحت الأرض مدفونُ
The writing remains long after the writer ٭٭٭
while the writer is buried underground
And we say:
الصوت يبقى زمانا بعد قائله ٭٭٭
وصاحب الصوت تحت الأرض مدفونُ
The sound remains long after the speaker ٭٭٭
while the speaker is buried underground."
