and instead claiming that Allāh will bring them (paradise & Hell) into existence on the Day of judgement."

[Sharḥ Aṭ-Ṭaḥāwiyyah]
Therefore, we must all believe that paradise and Hell are currently existent; paradise being the abode of the pious and Hell the abode of the disbelievers.
4. Having belief in these affairs leads a Muslim to increase in righteous deeds and abstain from evil acts; because if a person realises that paradise is the abode awaiting the pious, he will strive his utmost in attaining piety and carrying out acts of worship such that he becomes from its inhabitants. In the same way, he will abstain from evil deeds and sins in order to avoid the terrible punishment of Hell that awaits the wretched.
We ask Allāh for safety and security.
BENEFIT:
Paradise is in the seventh heaven, based on the statement of the Prophet ﷺ:
((فَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُ اللهَ فَسَلُوهُ الْفِرْدَوْسَ؛ فَإِنَّهُ أَوْسَطُ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَعْلَى الْجَنَّةِ، وَفَوْقَهُ عَرْشُ الرَّحْمَنِ))
"If you ask of Allāh, then ask Him for Al-Firdaws, for it is the middle of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and above it is the Throne of the Most Gracious."
[Reported by Bukhāri (7423) on the authority of Abū Hurayrah, may Allāh be pleased with him]
As for Hell, then it is in the lowest earth (sijjīn), as Sheikh Uthaymīn, may Allāh have mercy on him, said:
"There are some ḥadīths which have been reported concerning this, but they are all weak (ḍha‘īf). Similarly, there are reports from the Salaf; like Ibn 'Abbās and Ibn Mas'ūd, and this is the apparent meaning of the Qur'ān."
[Sharḥ Al-Mumti‘ (3/174) ]

1. Another belief of Ahlus sunnah that can be derived from this line is:
BELIEF 14:
ᴀʜʟᴜs sᴜɴɴᴀʜ ʙᴇʟɪᴇᴠᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴀʟʟᴀ̄ʜ ɪs ᴀʟʟ-ᴡɪsᴇ - ɴᴏᴛ ᴏɴʟʏ ɪɴ ʜɪᴍsᴇʟғ, ʙᴜᴛ ɪɴ ᴇᴠᴇʀʏᴛʜɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ʜᴇ sᴀʏs ᴀɴᴅ ᴅᴏᴇs.
2. Among the beautiful Names of Allāh is Al-Ḥakīm (ٱلْحَكِيم); meaning, The All Wise. This name is repeated almost 100 times in the Qur'ān. And from this name comes the Attribute of wisdom (ٱلْحِكْمَة).
Know Oh Muslim that Allāh has created everything in existence for a great and wise purpose, and based on His infinite Wisdom, He has set the best and most suitable laws for every time, place and nation. After all, being their Creator, He knows what is best for them.
{أَلَا یَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ}
"How could He who created not know His own creation."
[Sūrah Al-Mulk 14]
3. And through His infinite wisdom He has created Paradise as a reward for the obedient ones, and Hellfire as a punishment for the disobedient. And so, no one will enter Paradise except the righteous:
{جَنَّـٰتُ عَدۡنࣲ یَدۡخُلُونَهَا تَجۡرِی مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُۖ لَهُمۡ فِیهَا مَا یَشَاۤءُونَۚ كَذَ ٰلِكَ یَجۡزِی ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ}
"The Gardens of Eternity which they will enter, under which rivers flow. In it they will have whatever they desire. This is how Allah rewards the righteous."
[Sūrah An-Naḥl 30 - 31]
And no one will enter Hellfire except the wretched:
{فَأَنذَرۡتُكُمۡ نَارࣰا تَلَظَّىٰ لَا یَصۡلَىٰهَاۤ إِلَّا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى}
"So I warn you about the raging Fire, in which none will burn except the most wretched."
[Sūrah Al-Layl 14 - 15]
NOTE:
As for the disobedient Muslims, then:
(1) Allāh may overlook their sins and allow them to enter Paradise, or
(2) He may accept the intercession of those who intercede on their behalf and allow them to enter Paradise, or
(3) they may enter Hellfire temporarily and then come out due to Allāh's Mercy or an accepted intercession, or
(4) they will remain in Hellfire until they are cleansed from their sins.
BUT NEVER WILL A MUWAḤḤID (a person of Tawhīd) REMAIN IN HELLFIRE FOREVER!
[At-Tuḥfatul 'Aliyyah of Sheikh Muḥammad Bā Jammāl, pg. 105]
So we must have firm faith in Allāh's infinite wisdom and submit to His laws and judgments and obey His commands.
We seek refuge in Allāh from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the Hellfire.
