Closing Advice:

We live in an era of widespread fitan. The need for beneficial knowledge is greater now than ever before, especially in the case of women; because the enemies have focused all their efforts on misleading her. And if they succeed in that, the family unit which makes up the Ummah will be destroyed. So undoubtedly, educating the women should be a focal point in our da'wah. However, this needs to be within the constraints of the Sharī‘ah.
Thus, the point of this advice is not to prevent male teachers from benefitting the women. Rather, the point is to do this in a manner that is free from fitnah.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “There is a piece of flesh in the body if it is upright the whole body becomes upright but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart.” [Reported by Bukhāri & Muslim on the authority of An-Nu’mān ibn Bashīr]
I'm simply inviting you to place a partition between you and the sisters; something that will preserve your heart as well as theirs, just as Allāh said:
﴿ذَ ٰلِكُمۡ أَطۡهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمۡ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ﴾
“This is purer for your hearts and theirs.”
[Sūrah Al-Aḥzāb: 53]
I ask you O you who teaches non-maḥram women without any partition, who allowed you to look at non-maḥram women??
How can you feel safe teaching in such an environment when the Prophet ﷺ said: “I have not left behind a trial more severe to men than women” ?
If you feel safe for yourself, which I highly doubt any real man would feel safe, are the women also safe from being put to trial by you?
Those brothers who take sisters to ’Umrah (some of whom go without a maḥram) and give them classes/talks, fear Allāh!
It's not necessary to teach non-maḥram women without a partition, especially when you Ḥalāl alternatives, such as:
1. Place a partition between the non-maḥram students and the teacher. This may be the easiest option.
2. We live in an era of technological advancement, and I'm sure there's more than one way of communicating knowledge without the need to sit infront of non-maḥram women. Search "Khan academy" to get some ideas.
Note: There are some sciences that a man is not allowed to teach women even if there's a partition separating the two.

3. Teach your wife or one of your maḥrams and allow them to teach her fellow sisters.
