Lesson 22: Mistakes of Tarāwīḥ (part 2)
Mistake number 19:
It's not from the Sunnah to give reminders during Tarāwīḥ on a regular basis. Doing this on a regular basis is considered an act of innovation, as mentioned by Sheikh Albāni, Sheikh ’Uthaymīn, Sheikh Muqbil and others. But if it occurs every now and then, this is okay - especially when the need arises to advise and remind the attendees.
