Advertising paid courses[*] inside the masjid‼️

The following question was asked to the Lajnah Ad-Dā'imah:
Many masjids in America consist of a prayer hall and siderooms which are attached to them. Is it permissible to buy and sell in those rooms for the benefit of the masjid? And is it permissible to buy and sell in the hall designated for prayer, or to advertise goods and services in it?
They replied, “It is not permissible to buy and sell goods, NOR TO ADVERTISE THEM in the hall designated for prayer if it is part of the masjid. The Prophet ﷺ said: “If you see someone buying or selling in the masjid, say to him: 'Lā Arbaḥa llāhu Tijārataka (May Allāh not make your trading profitable)!' When you see someone announcing something lost in it, say: 'Lā raddaha llāhu ’alayka' (May Allāh not restore it to you!).”
As for the side rooms, it requires some elaboration; if they are included within the walls of the masjid, then it takes the same ruling as the masjid, and the same ruling is applied as the prayer hall. But if is outside the walls of the masjid, even if the doors lead into it, then it doesn't take the same ruling as the masjid; because the house of the Prophet ﷺ which was inhabited by ’Ā'ishah raḍhiyallāhu ’anhā had a door leading into the masjid, but it did not have the same ruling as the masjid.”
