5⃣

وَأَقُـولُ فِـي الْـقُـرْآنِ مَـا جَـاءَتْ بِـهِ And I say concerning the Qur'ān (only) that which is mentioned... آيَـاتُـهُ فَـهُـوَ الْـكَـرِيـمُ الْـمُـنْـزَلُ ...in it's verses, for it is the Noble Revelation 6⃣ وَأَقُـولُ قَـالَ الـلَّـهُ جَـلَّ جَـلَالُـهُ And I say, "Allāh The Mighty and Majestic said" وَالْـمُـصْـطَـفَى الْـهَـادِي وَلَا أَتَـأَوَّلُ "and likewise the chosen one - the guide (i.e. the Prophet ﷺ) said", and I do not explain away 7⃣ وَجَـمِـيـعُ آيَـاتِ الـصِّـفَـاتِ أُمِـرُّهَـا And all the āyāt concerning the attributes, I affirm... حَـقًّـا كَـمَـا نَـقَـلَ الـطِّـرَازُ الْأَوَّلُ ...in truth, just as the first generation have transmitted 8⃣ وَأرُدُّ عُـهْـدَتَـهَـا إِلَـى نُـقَّـالِـهَـا And I refer its responsibility back to those who transmitted them وَأَصُـونُـهَـا عَـنْ كُـلِّ مَـا يُـتَـخَـيَّـلُ and I gaurd them from all that is falsely imagined 9⃣ قُـبْـحًـا لِـمَـنْ نَـبَـذَ الْـقُـرَانَ وَرَاءَهُ Disgraced is he who throws the Qur'ān behind his back وَإِذَا اسْـتَـدَلَّ يَـقُـولُ قَـالَ الْأَخْـطَـلُ and when evidencing (his claims), says: "Al-Akhṭal said"
