To know that no one has ever taken revenge for their own sake but it ends in a sense of humiliation that he feels within himself. But if he pardons, Allah - the

POINT 6:
And this is from the greatest benefits; to bear witness that he will be dealt with according to his dealings and that he himself is a sinful wrongdoer, so whoever pardons the people will be pardoned by Allāh and whoever forgives them will be forgiven by Allāh...and this benefit is sufficient for the one who has intellect.
POINT 7:
To know that if he busies himself with seeking revenge and trying to get 'his own back'; his time will be lost and his heart will be disrupted, which will result in him missing out on an irretrievable amount of what actually benefits him. But if he pardons and 'wipes the slate clean', it will free up his heart and body to focus on what actually benefits him, which is of greater importance to him than seeking revenge.
POINT 8:
That taking revenge and 'getting his own back' is avenging for himself, whereas the Messenger ﷺ never took revenge for himself. So if the best and most honourable of Allāh's creation did not take revenge for himself even though wronging him is wronging Allāh, and his rights are connected to the religion, and he himself is the most noble of people and the most pure, pious and furthest of them away from every blameworthy characteristic and the most deserving of every beautiful attribute; despite all of that he did not take revenge for himself. So how can any of us take revenge for his own-self, whilst knowing better than anyone else about himself, his sins and his flaws. Rather the one who really knows himself would not consider himself worthy nor important enough to to avenge and take revenge for himself.
POINT 9:
That if he is harmed for something he has done for Allāh's sake, or for an act of obedience he has been ordered with or a sin he has been ordered to leave off, it is obligatory for him to be patient and it is not (allowed) for him to take revenge, because he has been harmed for Allāh's sake so his reward is upon Allāh, for indeed, whoever is harmed for Allāh's sake, Allāh has taken it upon Himself to compensate him.
POINT 10:
