((مَنْ رَدَّ عَنْ عِرْضِ أَخِيهِ رَدَّ اللهُ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ النَّارَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ))

“Whoever protects the honour of his brother in his absence, Allah will protect his face from the Fire on the Day of Judgment.” [Reported by Tirmithi (1931) from the hadith of Abu Ad-Dardā' radhiyallahu 'anhu, graded 'Sahih' by Sheikh Albani in Sahih At-Tirmithi] 2⃣. And he ﷺ said: ((مَنْ قَالَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ أَسْكَنَهُ اللَّهُ رَدْغَةَ الْخَبَالِ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ مِمَّا قَالَ)). “If anyone makes a false accusation against a Muslim, Allah will make him dwell in the foul fluid of the inhabitants of Hell till he retracts his statement.” [Reported by Abu Dawud (3597) from the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar radhiyallahu 'anhu; graded 'Sahih' by Sheikh Albani rahimahullah in Sahih Abi Dawud]
