In answer to your question Sheikh 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah said: ”فالصواب في هذه المسألة: أنَّه لا بُدَّ في اقتداءِ مَن كان خارجَ المسجدِ مِن اتِّصالِ الصُّفوفِ، فإنْ لم تكن متَّصِلة: فإنَّ الصَّلاة لا تَصِحُّ...“ “The correct view in this issue is: the rows must be connected (one after another) in order for those outside of the masjid to pray behind the Imaam. If the rows are disconnected, the prayer is invalid...” [Ash-Sharhul Mumti' (4/298)] October is usually an off-peak season, so the numbers may not be sufficient for the rows to be connected all the way to the hotel. If this is the case, you need not worry; because in the case of women, it's better for them to pray in their hotel rooms or places of residence rather than praying in the masjid. What's the proof? The Prophet ﷺ said: ((لا تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ الْمَسَاجِدَ، وَبُيُوتُهُنَّ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ)) “Do not prevent your women from attending the masjid, and their houses are BETTER for them.” [Reported by Abu Dawud (480); graded 'Saheeh' by Sheikh Albani in Saheeh Abi Dawud] Sheikh Uthaymeen rahimahullah explained that this statement of the Prophet ﷺ 'their houses are better for them', INCLUDES Masjidul Haraam and Masjid An-Nabawi. [https://binothaimeen.net/content/275] This understanding is further proven by the hadeeth of Umm Humayd -the wife of Abu Humayd As-Saa’idi- when she came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “O Messenger of Allah, I like to pray with you.” He said, ((قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكِ تُحِبِّينَ الصَّلَاةَ مَعِي، وَصَلَاتُكِ فِي بَيْتِكِ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ صَلَاتِكِ فِي حُجْرَتِكِ، وَصَلَاتُكِ فِي حُجْرَتِكِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ صَلَاتِكِ فِي دَارِكِ، وَصَلَاتُكِ فِي دَارِكِ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ صَلَاتِكِ فِي مَسْجِدِ قَوْمِكِ، وَصَلَاتُكِ فِي مَسْجِدِ قَوْمِكِ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنْ صَلَاتِكِ فِي مَسْجِدِي)) “I know that you like to pray with me, but your prayer in your room is better for you than your prayer in your courtyard, and your prayer in your courtyard is better for you than your prayer in your house, and your prayer in your house is better for you than your prayer in your people's masjid, and your prayer in your people's masjid is better for you than your prayer in my masjid.” Upon hearing this she issued orders that a prayer-place be prepared for her in the furthest and darkest part of her house, and she used to pray there until she met Allah (i.e. Died).” [Reported by Ahmad (26550); classed as 'Saheeh' by Sheikh Albani in Saheeh At-Targheeb wat Tarheeb (1/135)]
