That is because, there is nothing that exists without a kayfiyyah; although the kayfiyyah might be known (to us), or it might be unknown (to us)." [Sharḥul Wāsiṭiyyah pg. 78] So in answer to the question, Yes, Allāh's Attributes do have a kayfiyyah, but we don't know how they are.
