[The first form]
(الله أكبر، الله أكبر، لا إله إلا الله، الله أكبر، ولله الحمد)
This is established from 'Ali and Ibn Mas'ood, may Allah be pleased with them both.
[The second form]
(الله أكبر، الله أكبر كبيرا، الله أكبر تكبيرا، الله أكبر وأجل، الله أكبر ولله الحمد)
This wording is established from ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him.
And there is ample room in this matter, so one is allowed to make Takbir through whatever form is easy for them.
