THIRDLY: The ruling of 'Eid Salah

It is obligatory upon every Muslim based on the (previous) hadith of Abu 'Umair ibn Anas on the authority of his paternal uncles, that the Prophet ﷺ commanded them to break their fast and proceed to their place of prayer the following morning. Likewise, the hadith of Umm 'Attiyah radhiyallahu 'anha who said: “We were commanded to bring out on the two days 'Eids, the young women and the menstruating women to participate in the goodness and supplications of the Muslims. However, the menstruating women would refrain from the (actual) place of prayer.” [Al-Bukhari (324) and Muslim (890)] And due to the previous two hadiths, this ruling also includes women, as was the opinion of Abu Bakr, Ali, and Ibn 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with them all.
