قَلِّلِ الْمِقْدَارَ وَأَكْثِرْ مِنَ التَّكْرَارِ
Reduce the amount and increase in repetition
وَحَافِظْ عَلَى الاِسْتِمْرَارِ
Maintain consistency
وَدَنْدِنْ بِهِ دَاخِلَ وَخَارِجَ الدَّارِ
Recite it (to yourself) in and outside the house
وَأَكْثِرْ مِنَ الاِسْتِغْفَارِ
And increase in istighfār
