NOTE: Just because the hizbees do it, doesn't automatically make it ḥarām❗️

Sheikh Muqbil raḥimahullāh said: ((لا نحرم التعاون على بناء المساجد وحفر الآبار وكفالة الأيتام ، بل نحرم الحزبية المغلفة تحت جمعية ، أو تحت أي شيء ، والحزبية أنا عدوها وضدها ، وسأبقى أحذر منها ما بقيت. وهناك جمعيات في أرض الحرمين ونجد لمساعدة المحتاجين وبناء المساجد وتزويج من يحتاج إلى زواج فهذا أمر طيب : {وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الأثم والعدوان})) “We do not forbid cooperation in building mosques, digging wells, and sponsoring orphans, rather it is the ḥizbiyyah (partisanship) that is covered under these (charity) organisations...that we forbid... There are charity organisations in the land of the Two Holy Mosques and Najd that help the needy, build mosques, and support people to get married.
