Question: is it permissible to conduct a group wedding?

Sh. Zaayed Al-Waṣābī ḥafidhahullāh: “The ruling of group weddings (is that) there's nothing wrong with it. For example, they come together and combine 5/6 weddings into 1, or maybe a person has 3/4 children and marries them off all at once, there's nothing wrong with that. If there's some (external) impermissible factors involved, that's another issue, but in terms of them coming together and combining between the weddings, that's okay.”
