BENEFIT 10: MEMORISE THIS SHORT, POWERFUL DU'A AND REPEAT IT FREQUENTLY SO YOU MAY BE FORGIVEN Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Whoever says: «أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ» Astaghfirullāh Al-'Adhīm alladhī lā-ilāha illā huwal ḥayyul-Qayyūm wa atūbu ilayh ''I seek forgiveness from Allāh the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him.'' will be forgiven even if he run away from the battle.'' Reported Abu Dawud & Tirmithi on the authority of Zayd - the freed slave of the Allāh's Messenger [graded Ṣaḥiḥ by Sheikh Albāni in Ṣaḥiḥ Abī Dāwūd (1358)]
