"IT IS NOT THE CASE THAT EVERYONE YOU CONSIDER A DISBELIEVER, anyone who doubts their disbelief or refrains from declaring them a disbeliever, BECOMES A DISBELIEVER!" The same can be said with Tabdee': "IT IS NOT THE CASE THAT EVERYONE YOU CONSIDER A MUBTADI', anyone who doubts this or refrains from declaring them a mubtadi', BECOMES A MUBTADI'!" This practice of indiscriminately labeling people as mubtadi' is an act of aggression and injustice! ___ Why some scholars may not agree with the judgement of tabdee' passed by another scholar: 1. They do not believe that the individual committed the said affair 2. They acknowledge that the said affair occurred from the individual, but they do not believe that it warrants tabdee' 3. They agree that it warrants tabdee' but they do not believe that the necessary conditions have all been met or the impendiments have all been uplifted in order for the judgement to be applied on this particular individual ___ Some people, may Allāh guide us and them, do not take these matters into consideration and continue causing unnecessary conflicts within the Salafi ranks.
