1. I العلويّة: They believe that Prophethood was meant for 'Ali, but Jibreel made a mistake.
2. I الأمريّة: They claim that Muhammad ﷺ had a partner in his mission.
3. I الشيعة: They believe that Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, was the appointed successor and guardian of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and that the ummah became disbelievers by pledging allegiance to others.
4. I الإسحاقية: They believe that Prophethood continues until the Day of Judgment and that anyone who knows the knowledge of Ahlul Bayt is a Prophet.
5. I الناووسية: They believe that 'Ali is the best of the ummah, and whoever favors another over him has become a disbeliever.
6. I الإماميّة: They claim that the world cannot exist without an imam from the descendants of Husein, and that Jibreel teaches the imam, and when he dies, another like him replaces him.
7. I الزيديّة: They believe that all of Husein's descendants are imams in prayer, and whenever one of them is present, prayer cannot be led by anyone else, whether righteous or sinful.
8. I العبّاسية: They believe that 'Abbas was more deserving of the Khilafah than anyone else.
9. I المتناسخة: They believe in the transmigration of souls, claiming that when a person does good, their soul enters another being that lives a happy life, and when a person does evil, their soul enters a being that suffers.
10. I الرجعيّة: They believe that 'Ali and his companions will return to the world to take revenge on their enemies.
11. I اللاعنيّة: They are those who curse 'Uthman, Talha, Zubayr, Mu'awiyah, Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari, and 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with them.
12. I المتربّصة: They imitate the appearance of ascetics and in every era appoint a man to whom they attribute the leadership, claiming that he is the Mahdi of this ummah. When he dies, they appoint another in his place.
