Muhammad Hijab is the best practical example for the above fatwa.

Muhammad Hijab, a well known UK deviant, not only engages in Tasweer, but he clearly adopts this as a means in giving Da'wah. His new film and his staunch defence of its release leaves one doubtless of this fact.
Aside from this, the film contains many other evils:
1. It utilises acting as a means of Da'wah. Acting itself is haram, and adopting it as a means of Da'wah is an innovation.
2. It utilises music as a means of da'wah. Don't be fooled by his disclaimer that no "conventional" musical instruments were used.
3. It portrays immoral women to Muslim audiences and encourages them to look at them.
4. Under the pretext of offering "halaal" alternatives, it makes Halaal what Allah has made Haraam.
He argues: Many Muslims are already into the habit of watching films, so why can't we give them a "halaal" alternative?!
Through this corrupt logic, he and his comrades have turned some clear-cut Haraam things into "Halaal' alternatives.
...
For this reason, beware of this deviant and his film!
