Shaykh Abū al-Mundhir ʿAmmār Bin ʿAbd al-Jalīl al-Wureyfī al-Ḥawbānī حفظه الله ورعاه said:

I asked our Shaykh al-ʿAllāmah Yaḥyā bin ʿAlī al-Ḥajūrī حفظه الله: "Is it appropriate for us to branch al-Ḥizbiyyah (partisanship) into two: 1 - Partisanship in (affairs of) the Dīn, and this is a Bidʿah (innovation.) 2 - Partisanship in (affairs of) the Dunyā, and this is not a Bidʿah?"
