ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺋﻞ: ﻣﺎﺣﻜﻢ ﻭﺿﻊ ﺻﻨﺪﻭﻕ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﺮﻋﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ؟
Questioner: What is the ruling on placing a donation box in the masjid?

ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ: ﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺪﻭﻕ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺃﻭ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻌﺔ ﺃﻭ متى؟
Sheikh: Is the box always in the masjid, or on Fridays, or when?
ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺋﻞ: ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ.
Questioner: Always.
ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ: ﻫﺬﻩ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺰبيين ﻭﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻣﺤﺮﻡ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺇﻻ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻴﻜﻢ. ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺃﺻﻠﻪ ﻣﺤﺮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻜﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻳﺄﺗﻲ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻣﺔ، ﻭﻟﻴﺲ على ﻭﺟﻬﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﺔ ﻟﺤﻢ. ﻓﻬﻤﺘﻢ؟؟؟ ﻓﻬﺬﻩ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺤزبيين ﺑﺎﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻴﻜﻢ، ﻓﺎﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺮﻳﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﺒﺮﻉ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺠﺪ ﺑﻼ ﺻﻨﺪﻭﻕ ﻓﻟﻴﺘﻔﻀﻞ، ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺸﺤﺖ ﻻ، ﺣﻴﺎﻛﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ.
Sheikh: This is the way of the Hizbiyyeen - not the way of Ahlus Sunnah, and begging is forbidden, except in the case of necessity. May Allah bless you. The base rule is that begging is forbidden, and the one who asks frequently will come on the Day of Resurrection without any flesh on his face. Got it??? This is the way of the Hizbiyyeen, may Allah bless you. Whoever wants to donate to the masjid without the use of a donation box should do so. As for begging, then no. May Allah keep you all alive and well.
