BENEFIT 119: Spreading the Sunnah in a small Salafi masjid bears greater fruits than trying to spread the Sunnah in a big, non-Salafi masjid

Sheikh Yayhya hafidahullah was asked: We would like advice from our Sheikh for the Salafi youth in the Taaribah region, knowing that there are Hizbi groups in the masjid, and they face pressures and cannot engage in da'wah as is required. He hafidahullah answered: «إن استطاعوا أن يجعلوا لهم مسجدًا ولو مما تيسر فعلوا، حتى لا يصيرون تحت ضغوط الحزبيين، وحتى تنتشر دعوتهم السلفية بإذن الله عز وجل بالتميز وبالتصفية والتربية». "If they are able to establish a masjid for themselves, even if it is modest, they should do so. That is so they do not fall under the pressure of the Hizbi groups.
