DOUBT: Salafis do not allow any organisational work or cooperation

Shaykk Rabee’ ibn Hadi al-Madkhali, may Allāh have mercy upon him, said:
"Organisation is sometimes necessary in Islam—organising finances and organisation in aspects of da’wah. There is nothing wrong with this in-shā-Allāh.
For instance, I may create a schedule for a group of my brothers: “You, so-and-so, will give a lecture at such-and-such masjid; you, so-and-so, will teach a lesson, and so on...” Organising this da’wah in this way ensures its smooth running. Without such organisation, the da’wah would be completely lost.
Similarly, if we collect funds to build a school for Muslim students—primary, secondary, or intermediate—we need to plan budgets, hire teachers, and organise timetables. This is a noble and necessary effort, and there is nothing wrong with it.
Hizbiyyah, however, is when a person shows loyalty to a party or group, which may involve pledging allegiance and following blindly, similar to obedience to rulers...Such a person rejects the truth if it comes from outside their party, accept falsehoods from within, and display loyalty or enmity based on group affiliation rather than the truth. This is the blameworthy partisanship that Islam strongly forbids.
