Criticising someone's mistakes and cautioning others against them is one thing, but taking them out of Salafiyyah is another!
Sheikh Yahya hafidahullah mentioned:
" 'Abdur-Razzāq ibn Abdil-Muhsin Al-Abbād descends upon the people of Turāth, and this I am not pleased with from before, and I have debated with him, he invited me to his house, and he knows this speech.
When I went to 'Umrah to visit the Masjid, I visited Shaykh 'Abdul-Muhsin in his circles, and I found 'Abdur-Razzāq with him, then he invited me to come the next day, so I went to him.
And after this we met in Britain, he was invited by the people of Turāth, and we went to the people of the Sunnah there, and he went to the people of Turāth.
After this when we returned and sat down to eat, I started to debate him on this subject, whereby I said to him:
"Why do you descend upon these people, while they enlargen their congregation by way of you and affairs the likes of this."
Whereby he replied:
"I GO TO ADVISE THEM, if you were invited by a Sufi would you accept it or not accept it?"
Whereby I replied :
"By Allāh if you were to accept the request of the Sufi perhaps there would not be no ill thought of you, their affair is manifest in that they are not from the people of the Sunnah."
Then a heated debate took place while we ate, after that I left....
