His teacher spits into his hand and he wipes it upon his face from the remnants of his teacher! He even claims that Mount Uhud is a Companion because it “saw” the Prophet ﷺ and loved him, and that we are of the Tābi’īn because we “saw” Mount Uhud! He narrates, by way of a weak Sufi report, that Abu Bakr (may Allāh be pleased with him), when reciting the Qur'ān, would emit from his liver the smell of roasted meat because his heart was burning within him. Such people are not expected to repent. They are adherents of a school planted within the ranks of Ahlus-Sunnah, and the fruit of this planting has been nothing but devastation in Muslim lands. Even Al-Qaradawi, now perished, claimed that Hasan Al-Banna was superior to some of the Companions in his book “The Son of the Two Villages.” These are enemies of the Companions (may Allāh be pleased with them). They deem Islam incomplete—not by their tongues, but by their implications: that there is no constitution, no political system, no first article, no second article. In truth, what the Prophet ﷺ left concerning political guidance astonishes humanity. This was precisely what the Companions understood and implemented, and what the Messenger himself ﷺ named “the Rightly Guided Caliphate.” So, what is better, O brothers of Shayṭān—the Rightly Guided Caliphate, or your own systems? You ruled Egypt—what did you accomplish? You failed. You ruled Sudan—you failed. You ruled Iran—you failed. A history of failure! Therefore, they deserve neither heed nor attention.
