Advice For Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Hadi Al-Madkhali waffaqahullah

Sheikh Abu Bilal ḥafidhahullāh says: "The cause of those words (i.e. Sheikh Rabee) was incitement. [As the poet says] إذا غفل الواشون عُدنا لوصلنا وعاد التصافي بيننا والتصالح 'When the tale-bearers become heedless, we return to our ties of connection, and harmony and reconciliation is restored between us.' Tale-bearers and gossip-carries are more detrimental than sorcerers themselves. Sorcerers may cause harm to one individual, but these people cause harm to an entire daʿwah. An entire daʿwah can be destroyed by them. Were it not for the protection and support of Allāh, perhaps they would have caused harm to the daʿwah, fragmenting and scattering it, depriving people of its good, and turning them against one another—each person clashing with the other, each one refuting the other. So sufficient for us is Allāh, and He is the best disposer of affairs. And I take this opportunity to allude to Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Hādī. For the cup we drank from, you too have drunk from it. You stood alongside them in their ranks, defending ‘Arafāt and others among the criminals who tore the daʿwah apart. So you were afflicted with what afflicted us and tasted the same bitterness we tasted. And they treated you as they treated our Shaykh and his students. O Shaykh Muḥammad, is it not time to awaken and pay attention to yourself before it is too late? A sincere return to your brothers? This is what is sought, so that the ranks may be unified again, the matter reconciled, and what happened be met with pardon and forgiveness, and you return to what you were upon previously—of loving the Salafī daʿwah. And you are, in-Sha-Allāh, still such...returning to defending it, supporting it, and cooperating with its sincere people—those whom we deem so, and Allāh is their reckoner. Beware of inclining toward Al-Buraʿee and likewise beware of inclining toward (Muhammad) Al-Imām and others who are known for their disgrace and severe deviation. By Allāh, my brother, they praise the Rāfiḍah (Hoothi). Until when will you all come to your senses? Aḥmad ibn Shamāsān speaks evil words—he mixes truth with falsehood, and he seeks to gather and unite with them...this is one of their senior figures, O Shaykh Muḥammad. Al-Buraʿee is among their seniors as well. He praises the students of that wicked one, Sāmī, who visits the Rāfiḍah in the mountains and their places, saying: "We found mountains (i.e. referring to the Hoothi militants) on top of these mountains and we ourselves have come to learn from them! And Al-Buraʿee welcomes him, saying: "Some of the students of our brother Sāmī—such and such—visited us, and welcome to them." Sāmī is that criminal who, by Allāh the Almighty, we fear may fall into heresy or apostasy—for he supports those Ḥūthīs and those oppressive criminal Rāfiḍah, the impure and filthy. He goes to encourage them, strengthen them, and affirm them. Affirm them in fighting whom? May Allāh grant us safety and well-being. And this Aḥmad Shamāsān also says: "Sometimes a person may differ with his brother and even fight because his brother insulted the Companions!" And he says this as if it were strange that this would cause division or conflict! May Allāh fight you—where is your walaa and your baraa? These are their wares. These are their scholars. These are their callers, whom you promote. Perhaps news has not reached you about them—so listen to your brothers when they visit you and sit with them. Do not shut your door to the Salafīs, remaining only exposed to one perspective. That will only lead to confusion and mix-ups, and misplaced emotions for people who, by Allāh, do not deserve any sympathy. They have deceived Muslims in Yemen and elsewhere. We ask Allāh for safety and well-being.
