💥“And a witness from her own people testified”💥

The Barmaki scheme that resulted in Shaykh Rabeeʿ speaking against our noble Shaykh, Yahya Al-Hajuri—may Allāh preserve him—is made clear through the testimony of Nasir Zakri—may Allāh rectify him. ----------- In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful All praise is due to Allāh, the Lord of all creation, and may peace and blessings be upon the most noble of Prophets and Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions. To proceed: Indeed, during the time of the Fitnah surrounding Al-Hajoori, I had correspondence with Arafat Al-Muhammadi. On one occasion during our communication, he said: "Unfortunately, up to this point, Shaykh Rabee‘ has not criticised Al-Hajoori; rather, he praises him and speaks well of him, and silences those who refute him, even though Al-Hajoori’s deviations are as clear as the sun." So I asked: "What is the solution, brother Arafat?" He replied: "Shaykh Rabee‘ must criticise Al-Hajoori. Al-Hajoori has already lost credibility in the eyes of the students of knowledge; only Shaykh Rabee‘ remains. We must find a way to change the Shaykh’s opinion—through a coordinated effort in which you assist me." I asked him: "What do you propose?" He said: "You come from Jazan and speak to the Shaykh about the errors of Al-Hajoori and what you know from the statements of Shaykh An-Najmi and Shaykh Zayd regarding him. I will come from Madinah along with some individuals who will testify to things against Al-Hajoori. Others will come from Jeddah and Yemen. These individuals will go to Shaykh Rabee‘ one after another, without him knowing that we are all acting in coordination." He also said: "I gave Ahmad Az-Zahrani some of Al-Hajoori’s mistakes, and he is presenting them to Shaykh Rabee‘." "In this way," he said, "we can influence Shaykh Rabee‘’s opinion about Al-Hajoori." I remember asking him: "Are you the one known as 'Al-Barmaki,' the one who writes booklets about Al-Hajoori’s errors?" He laughed in a manner that indicated acknowledgment and said: "The most important thing now is that Al-Hajoori falls." This is what I recall from that period. And indeed, their plan succeeded, and Shaykh Rabee‘ became convinced at the time and spoke against Al-Hajoori.📌 And Allāh knows that we do not support Al-Hajoori in what he was upon.
