Seeing as the 1st part was translated by brother Abdullah, I wanted to compliment him by completing the rest of Sheikh Abdulghaniyy Al-Umari's advice:

“...and these brothers of ours who are being harsh, there's no need! O brothers, may Allah preserve you all, you are in non-Muslim lands. Kufr is rampant and you are bickering with one another over matters لكل واحد منكم وجهة نظر فيها concerning which each one of you has his view. You are faced with Kufr. It's obligatory that you utilise your resources in calling to Islam, calling to the correct Aqeedah, calling to the manhaj and Sunnah, removing people from Kufr and entering them into Islam; this is what you should be striving and planning for...Stop eating one another. I want you to complement one another in order for the Da'wah to be complete, may Allah preserve you all...when we hear about the good progress of the Da'wah in America, London, or other places we are overjoyed, but when we hear so-and-so refuted or wrote an article against so-and-so, while both parties are Salafi, upon the same path, this is something which saddens us.
