FIVE REASONS Why Salafis Warn Against Ikhwanis

▪️Reason 1: Ikhwanis declare every Muslim who does not join them to be disbelievers.
Hassan Al-Banna, founder of the Ikhwanis, stated:
«فمن اراد أن يلحق بنا فهو مسلم! ومن وقف ضدنا فقد حكم على نفسه بالكفر!!»
"Whoever wishes to join us is a Muslim, and whoever stands against us has declared himself a disbeliever!"

He also said:
«إننا نُعلنُ في وضوحٍ وصراحةٍ أن كلَّ مسلمٍ لا يُؤمن بهذا المنهج - منهج الإخوان - ولا يعمل لتحقيقه لا حظَّ له في الإسلام!»
"We openly and explicitly declare that every Muslim who does not believe in this methodology—the methodology of the Brotherhood—and does not strive to implement it, has no share in Islam!"

▪️Reason 2: They exhibit strong partisanship toward their group, basing their allegiance and disavowal (walā' wal barā') on affiliation with it. According to their founders, a Muslim who does not join them is considered a disbeliever, while a non-Muslim who aligns with their cause is embraced with open arms.
Muhammad Mahdi ’Akif, former Supreme Guide of the Ikhwanis, stated:
«كنت عضواً في جماعة الشبان المسيحيين وناديهم ، فالإخوان لهم رسالة ومنهج ، وكل من يوافق على هذا سواءً أكان مسيحيا أو يهودياً فأهلاً به»
"I was a member of the Christian Youth Association and their club. The Brotherhood has a message and a methodology, and whoever agrees with this—whether Christian or Jewish—is welcome."

▪️Reason 3: They are responsible for the loss of many innocent Muslim lives and for spreading corruption throughout the land.

▪️Reason 5: The Scholars have designated them as a deviated sect
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Al-Fawzān (may Allāh preserve him) said:
«اللهم اشهد أني برئ من دعوة الإخوان المسلمين ومؤسسها المخالف للكتاب والسنة وما عليه سلف هذه الأمة»
"O Allāh, bear witness that I am free from the call of the Ikhwanis and its founder, who opposed the Qur'ān, the Sunnah, and the methodology of the righteous predecessors of this Ummah." [Al-Ajwibah Al-Mufīdah, p. 29]
Shaykh Rabīʿ Al-Madkhalī (may Allāh preserve him) said:
«فالإخوان المسلمون أخطر الفِرق على الإسلام منذ قامت دعوة الإخوان المسلمين، وهم من أكذب الفرق بعد الروافض»
"Ikhwan Al-Muslimoon is the most dangerous group to Islam since its inception. They are among the most dishonest groups, second only to the Rāfiḍah."
Dated: 28-9-1437 AH
Shaykh al-Albānī (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
«لا تجد في الإخوان المسلمين عالما»
"You will not find a (true) scholar among the members of the Ikhwanis." [Silsilat al-Hudā wa al-Nūr, no. 371]
He also said (may Allāh have mercy on him):
«خلافنا مع اﻹخوان المسلمين خلاف في الأصول لا في الفروع فقط! وليس صوابا أن يقال بأن اﻹخوان المسلمين من أهل السنة لأنهم يحاربون السنة»
"Our disagreement with the Ikhwanis is over fundamental issues, not merely subsidiary ones. It is incorrect to say that the Ikhwanis belongs to Ahlus-Sunnah, for they oppose the Sunnah." [Silsilat al-Hudā wa al-Nūr, no. 356]
Shaykh Aḥmad al-Najmī (may Allāh have mercy on him) said:
«ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻔﺮﻳﻦ ﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﺃﺧﺬﻭﺍ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻫﺐ ﻣﺬﻫﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻔﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻔـ.ـﺠﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻹﺧﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠمين»
"The youth who adopt the ideology of takfīr and bombings have taken this path from the methodology of the Ikhwanis." [Fatāwā, vol. 1, p. 127]
Shaykh Muqbil Al-Wādiʿī (may Allāh have mercy on him) said about the Ikhwanis:
«مفلسون من العلم، ومفلسون من الدعوة»
"They are bankrupt in knowledge and bankrupt in their da‘wah." [Al-Burkān, p. 30]
Shaykh Ḥammād Al-Anṣārī (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
«لا تقربوا جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، فكل ما عندهم شبه»
"Do not go close to the Ikhwani group; all they have is misconceptions." [Al-Majmū‘, vol. 2, p. 561]
He also said (may Allāh have mercy on him):
«إن الإخوان المسلمين من أنصار الخميني والروافض»
"The Ikhwanis are supporters of Khomeini and the Rāfiḍah." [Al-Majmū‘, vol. 2, p. 699]
