● Suffering harm as a result of enjoining good and forbidding evil!

Ibn Qudāmah raḥimahullāh mentioned 4 cases in this regard:
The first case:
If a Muslim knows that the evil will be removed if he says or does something, and no harm will befall him, then it is it OBLIGATORY for him to do inkar.
The second case:
He knows that speaking out will have no benefit, and that if he speaks he will be beaten, in this case the obligation of inkar is waived.
The third case:
He knows that forbidding evil will be of no benefit, but he is not afraid of any harm befalling him, in this case he is not obligated to enjoin good due to lack of benefit, but it remains RECOMMENDED in order to manifest the symbols of Islam and so that it serves as a reminder for others.
The fourth case:
If the one forbidding evil knows that he alone will suffer harm, and that the evil will be removed by his action, the obligation is waived and the RECOMMENDATION remains.
Note: "knowing" in these four cases refers to غلبة الظن (high probability).
