ومن يصور ذات روح يأثم .
وفاعل التصوير عاص مجرم .
Whoever captures the image of a living being is sinful,
For the one who engages in photography is a transgressor and a criminal.
ومن يصور صورة فقد أتى .
تعذيبه بها صريحا مثبتا .
Whoever creates an image has committed a deed
For which their punishment has been explicitly established.
وقال قوم إننا نصور .
لغرض الذكرى فهلا نعذر .
Some argue, "We take photographs
For the purpose of remembrance; are we not excused?"
والقول بالمنع جلي قد أتى .
إلا لحاجة فحقق واثبتا .
Yet the ruling of prohibition is clear and firm,
Except in cases of necessity—so verify and affirm.
. بقدرها قصدا بلا توسع .
وما سواه من تجاوز دع .
Only within necessity, with restraint,
And beyond that, all excess should be abandoned.
ومن يبع وسائل التصوير .
يخشى عليه أسوأ المصير .
Whoever sells photographic equipment
Is at risk of facing a dreadful fate.
وكل شيء حقه التحريم .
فبيعه وأكلــه عظيــــم.
Everything that is forbidden in essence,
Its sale and consumption remain a grave offense.
