Abdurrahman hassan was originally from South London but became known to many when he started giving lectures in different masaajid.

In particular an ikhwaane masjid called Daarussalam in Southall. This masjid has many mukhalafaat, from them jameyah, ta'assub to ahlul bidah, free mixing. Their manhaj is not clear, they used to let anyone teach there and even some of the heads of ahlul bidah used to come there from the likes of Youssef estes, Abu Usaamah ad dhahabi and Aaidh al-qarni, and they even tried to get Zakir Naik to come down. This is the reality of that masjid and despite this Abdurrahman was fully cooperating with them, he even used to teach sisters without veil. Many of our brothers advised him regarding cooperating with Daarussalam since they were not on the manhaj and we explained to him that mixing with ahlul bidah is not from our manhaj, but despite a few years of advice he didn't take it. He also used to teach sisters without veil and was advised about this. He studied under the ikhwaane Abu Ishaaq Al huwayni and defends him while the 'ulaamah have refuted him. After he left Daarussalam, he then started teaching at Masjid an-Noor in acton which is upon the way of takfiriyoon and they free themselves from salafiyah in totality. They nickname our salafi brothers, talafis as a way of mockery. They speak ill of the 'ulamah the likes of Shaykh bin baz and Shaykh fawzaan. And Abdurrahman hassan teaches there and joins them in their conferences. After all that time of advice nothing seems to have changed and thus I advise you as my brothers to stay away from him.
