Benefit 40: "Don't judge me! Only Allāh can judge me," is this statement correct?

This is a FALSE statement that some utilise to justify their sinful lifestyle, to run away from advice and to silence the advisors.
What's more, it is a statement which opposes the principle of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamā’ah; as An-Nawawi raḥimahullāh stated:
'Judgments are based on what is made apparent, and Allāh is responsible for the secrets.' [Sharḥ Muslim (2/107)]
There are many evidences establishing this principle:
٠ Allāh ﷻ said:
{فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فإخوانكم في الدين}
“But if they repent, perform prayer, and pay alms-tax, then they are your brothers in faith.” [Sūrah At-Tawbah: 11]
In this Āyah, Allāh Almighty made it clear that when a person manifests Islam, we consider him as our brother and do not delve into their intention - as this is hidden from us. And this meaning is demonstrated clearly by the following ḥadīth:
Al-Miqdād ibn Al-Aswad said to Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ), “Suppose I met one of the disbelievers and we fought, and he struck one of my hands with his sword and cut it off and then took refuge in a tree and said, I surrender to Allāh (i.e. I have become a Muslim),' could I kill him, O Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) after he had said this?” Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) said, “You should not kill him.” Al-Miqdād said, “O Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ)! But he had cut off one of my two hands, and then he had uttered those words?” Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) replied, “You should not kill him, for if you kill him, he would be in your position where you had been before killing him, and you would be in his position where he had been before uttering those words.” [Reported by Bukhāri and Muslim]
In a similar ḥadīth reported by Muslim (96) on the authority of Usāmah ibn Zaid, the Prophet ﷺ rebuked Usāmah for killing an enemy after he had professed لا إله إلا الله; he did so on the assumption that this person professed Islam for fear of death. However, the Prophet ﷺ said to him repeatedly:
“Did you tear his heart in order to find out whether he was sincere or not?”
٠ Furthermore, the Prophet ﷺ used to judge between people by what they made apparent to him - particularly if there was no revelation in the matter:
Narrated Umm Salamah (the wife of the Prophet): Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) heard some people quarreling at the door of his dwelling, so he went out to them and said, “I am only a human being, and litigants with cases of dispute come to me, and someone of you may happen to be more eloquent (in presenting his case) than the other, whereby I may consider that he is truthful and pass a judgment in his favor. If ever I pass a judgment in favor of somebody whereby he takes a Muslim's right unjustly, then whatever he takes is nothing but a piece of Fire, and it is up to him to take or leave.” [Sahih al-Bukhari, 7181]
